1-2-1 or Group Forest & Nature Therapy sessions; which are delivered in an outdoor location convenient to you.

Each session lasts 1 hour.

We also accept referrals from GP's and health professionals.

All sessions are payable in advance of booking.

Structured Group Therapy Sessions to cater up to 12 people; covering set topics or free form.

Can be ongoing or time-limited.

Costs negotiated based on venue & admin costs, length of duration, and numbers of attendees.
